Paul Serbinowski is a registered patent attorney having over 20 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications for large and small companies and universities. Mr. Serbinowski has worked at several patent law firms throughout his career. He has an advanced degree in biochemistry, researching siRNA knockdown of genes in innate immunity pathways and undergraduate education in materials science, researching electrical materials.

 Mr. Serbinowski has worked with small molecule pharmaceuticals and chemical processes for generic and branded drugs. Other areas of patent preparation and prosecution in which he  has worked include life sciences (including nucleic acid compositions, polypeptides, probiotics for dogs, cows, pigs, chickens and Atlantic salmon, bacterial compositions, DNA single nucleotide polymorphisms for breeding disease resistant Atlantic salmon, stem cells and processes using same, SEM imaging method for analyzing DNA, and engineered polypeptide cassettes for CAR T-cells useful in cancer treatment); organic chemistry (e.g., fermentation processes for alternative energy and catalysts for making polymers); material science; magnesium alloys; medical devices; vacuum pumps and pumps for pumping molten metal. He is focused on providing high quality legal services while explaining complex legal concepts to others in an easy to understand way.
