Oliver Winter holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from University of Münster, Germany. Mr. Winter has served as a scientific consultant in cross-functional, international teams in the automotive industry; focusing on fuel analysis and emissions legislation. Dr. Winter worked at several German companies that are part of the DAX.

With a strong background in chemical analysis and analytical methods, Dr. Winter has developed a keen attention to detail, particularly in the areas of safety protocols and quality management.

At Grüneberg & Myers PLLC he works on the preparation and analysis of patent applications.
